    I’ve been trying to lose weight for the last week, I’ve had no junk food and for snacks I just eat fruit. I have also stopped drinking as much cola as I usually do with only one can a day plus I drink loads of water. I lost one pound straight away then I put it back on again! I also exercise swimming and walking. What’s going on? 🙁

    I have been on a strict weight loss program. I eat generally healthy and go to the gym 5 to 6 times a week and about three times with a personal trainer.
    However, soon I am planning on getting into birth control pills. I have been told that your hormones go crazy with the pills… Would this affect my weight loss? I know it reacts differently with each woman… but what are the possibilities?

    Why do they only use thin people to advertise weight loss programs?
    If you’re thin – then you don’t need to lose weight. Why don’t they use over weight people and then show the changes?

    I watch these weight loss programs and there is something quite wrong about them that i can’t put my finger on. Also it’s weird that people watch them while eating chips and other junk food.
