White men are crying foul, announcing they’re being left out of these conversations and initiatives. However, actual marginalized people are, rightfully so, pronouncing not enough is being performed to diversify the trade and foster inclusion.

Dr. Cohen says she’s fascinated with the possibilities of what our future can look like and what it could actually look like when communities of shade are more interested by designing technological options.
