Donald Trump kept it short, candy and in triplicate.

Trump’s monologue on Saturday Night Time Live didn’t linger, and it failed to shy away from the controversy surrounding the presumptive GOP entrance-runner. And it featured not one, but two of the express’s Trump impersonators.

“People think I’m controversial, but in fact, I’m a nice man,” he mentioned. “I Don’t cling grudges towards any one. Like Rosie O’Donnell. She said some issues that have been hurtful and unfaithful. I said some issues about her that were imply, and entirely correct.”

Then he thanked O’Donnell for coming to the SNL set to support him, and requested her onstage. Out got here Aidy Bryant.

Though the Night Time belonged to Trump, Saturday Night Time Reside opened on lefty MSNBC persona Rachel Maddow (performed by Cecily Strong) website hosting a “Democratic Candidates Discussion Board” that integrated Kate McKinnon as Hillary Clinton and David making a reprise cameo as an extraordinarily grouchy Bernie Sanders.

“After All I hate you, I hate everyone! The One Folks I Love are my seven cute grandchildren,” David-as-Sanders stated. “The youngest one is so adorable! He simply became 40.”
