Cranberry Sauce, Content Marketing and Giving Thanks [SLIDESHARE]

cranberry sauce

I should have been in my mid to late 30s when one Thanksgiving afternoon my sister-in-law, Teresa, requested “Where is the cranberry sauce?” I defined cranberry sauce is a weird and unnecessary factor to put on turkey.

Teresa, who in some way received the nickname “Hen,” wasn’t having any of that. She insisted we bike around the corner to the PW Market and snag a can of the crucial ingredient of a Thanksgiving dinner. She also insisted I are attempting it.

Fruit on my Chook? Sounded gross. However It tasted great. I rarely eat turkey now without cranberry sauce. In Truth, now I even make my own  secret version of cranberry sauce, with a kick.

Undoubtedly, sometimes I Research slowly, if in any respect. I’m cussed.

See, I had been in the copywriting Sport for over 20 Years with a common disdain for the theory of running a blog. I Assumed, ehnh… I hardly ever read them, so what’s the big deal?

Then I read “Inbound Marketing,” the good Guide with the aid of the two founders of HubSpot. It sort of got me on my bike and headed to the market again, if you’ll. A Mind-boggling quantity of studying about online marketing followed. And Then I decided I was once going to create a WordPress website, start running a blog, get energetic in social media, and climb (or crawl) my manner up the Content Marketing ladder, make my presence known, and share what I’d Examine with any person who cared to Examine.

It labored. Or maybe I must say. It’s working.

However I didn’t do it by myself. I attended quite a few conferences and webinars, shook various arms, contributed boatloads of visitor posts, and Tweeted except my claws became blue. Alongside the way I met a solid of generous, caring characters who have been Chuffed to help out and invite me to birthday party, so as to Discuss.
