I live alone and love it because if I actually do want someone to talk to I can just get on facebook and chat with some of my old classmates and it is just like if they are right there. Like having one big party at my house and don’t have to worry about actually asking anyone to leave hah. So what are they talking about?

I am planning on having people register for my site as I think that is how people start to get advertisers.

Anyone out there know how social networks start to make money.

Like what do I have to do to gain money.
Do I set up the option for people to become registered.
Do advertisers come to me or do I go to them.

The content of my site is not neccessary at the moment to share but just wondering how we are suppose to earn the amount of money social networks make. How do they get that money and from who.

    Hope it’s clear.

There are many social networks like Twitter and Facebook but there are many features that people would like that aren’t available. For example, when Facebook changes its layout, many people ask for an option where they can keep the design as it is and not be forced for the change. What features would you want to see on a social network?

  13. We’re making vlogs (video blogs) for one of my classes, and me and my partner are gonna talk about social networks like Facebook, Twitter, etc. What would be a good name for it?

Social Network Analysis works with graph theory, which comes from math. But how much math do you really need to know in order to have the necessary tools for working in this field? What subjects should one master? Calculus, statistics.. ?
