Do you think that social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter should restrict the age at which people can register? If yes, why is this important? If no, why do you feel it isn’t?

I know that currently Facebook discourages anyone under the age of 13 from using the site, however many people believe that this restriction is ineffective and should be lifted. This is because it doesn’t really stop anyone younger from registering and many people get away with it by simply entering a false year of birth. And, Facebook has no way of making sure people do follow the rule, since there are just way too many users.

    What do you think?

  4. I need to write a 3000 word (approx) term paper on the dangers of social networking sites. How can I start, find references, and find things to discuss.

What percentage of internet users are registered on social networking sites?

I am writing a debate for an english essay for school. The argument is:
“The benefits of social networking sites outweigh the negative points”
and I am FOR the motion.

If you can answer the questions and/or add another point towards the motion would be great =)

    Thank you! Lisa xo

Ok, So I want to unblock social networking sites like facebook, msn, etc. I’m living in a mental health place. But at the same time, I want to make sure it gets reblocked again so no one finds out. Is there anyway I can unblock it and reblock it whenever I want? Oh… and I’ve tried to use things that will unblock social networking sites… but it turned out they were blocked as well. What should I use and do?
