I have heard a ton about it, but just don’t feel like getting on the website and going through all of its stuff. What is the most interesting thing you have heard or read on WikiLeaks?

  2. I’m just curious as to the number of documents wikileaks is YET to release. Have they already released all the documents, are there only a few left, or are the still thousands yet to be released?

  3. Keep in mind. Now that WikiLeaks exists, it is likely that it or website like it will be around until the internet is no longer around.
Also, please say whether or not you think that WikiLeaks as a whole is a good or bad thing.

I know there is a lot of controversy about wikileaks releasing classified information, but the way the website is described on wikipedia it sounds like they’re making them out to be run by bin laden or something. Its a whistle-blowing organization, not a terrorist organization, right?

Supposedly it’s going to be super scandalous and the Pentagon is worried. Honestly, I’m hoping WikiLeaks pulls through, I feel US citizens deserve to know these things. What does everyone think? Will it happen or will the government stop it before tomorrow morning?

A lot of people are very opposed to the leaks released by Wikileaks. We know gov’t corruption exists and we shouldn’t just put up with it, so, if leaking the evidence is a bad idea, how else should it be dealt with? What would be truly effective?
Partisanship is irrelevant. Both parties are equally culpable in to corruption of the government. There is no lesser evil, that idea is just naive.
@ Anna – what are those better ways? I’m looking for other solutions, and the only other effective ones I’ve heard so far are unfortunately violent.
